Meredith has been a synchro coach since the age of 14, and has been coaching the AquaStarz since 2009. She has swam and coached for the FEC Stingrays, Riverside Aquettes, and Sacramento Synchronized Swim Teams, but she considers the Davis AquaStarz her home team. Meredith is proud of the unique team that has been built here in Davis and enjoys seeing swimmers grow and flourish in their passion for synchro, advance in their skills, and perfect their abilities not just as swimmers but as teammates and lifelong friends. Meredith is excited to be back for her 16th season with the AquaStarz and for many great days and swims ahead. 

When Sara aged out of swimming in this same league in 2000, she began coaching and discovered that coaching synchronized swimming would be a life-long passion. She loves helping swimmers learn and grow as athletes, as well as seeing them fall in love with synchro and build lifetime bonds with their teammates. Over the years, Sara has coached for the Cordova Cordettes, FEC Stingrays and Sacramento Synchronized Swim Teams. She has also competed as a USA Synchro Masters swimmer in several events & national competitions in the past. This is Sara's 3rd year coaching for the AquaStarz and she is thrilled and honored to be a part of this amazing team.
